The aroma of ripe bananas, the bursts of melting dark chocolate… this gluten-free preparation transforms your kitchen into a pastry shop in the blink of an eye!
Thanks to its base of rice flour and almond powder, your homemade cookies, muffins or cakes will be wonderfully soft , with a clear and comforting taste of chocolatey banana.
An easy, quick and above all ultra-indulgent recipe — ideal for sweet breaks, impromptu brunches or cravings for sweets at any time.
All you need to do is add:
- For cookies : 1 egg + 60g of butter + 1 pinch of salt;
- For a cake : 2 eggs + 60 g of butter + 30 g of milk + 3 g of baking powder + 1 pinch of salt;
- For muffins : 1 egg + 25g butter + 70g milk + 3g of baking powder + 1 pinch of salt.
