- You choose the date: contact us via the form below. Once we receive your request, we will arrange the perfect day and time for your workshop.
- Personalized preparation: A few weeks before the tasting, Frédérique (or one of our independent sales representatives) will contact you personally . This is an opportunity to define together which products to highlight (sweet, gluten-free, etc.) and to give you the best tips for a successful event.
- Invite your friends and family: invite your friends, your colleagues, and your neighbors! The idea is to bring together all food lovers to share a convivial and enriching experience. The more foodies there are, the better the party!
- D-Day: Operation Gourmet Magic! Your consultant arrives, the workshop begins, and the magic of Frédérique's Delicacies takes hold! Cook, taste, share, and spend an unforgettable moment with your loved ones.

- Hands -on workshop & tasting: together you'll make a simple recipe (like our famous cookies) to experience how easy our preparations are, whether they're sweet, artificially sweetened, gluten-free, or protein-rich . While they bake, it's the perfect time to enjoy our other treats: flavored sugars, spreads, teas, etc.
- Questions and orders (no obligation): Take advantage of this opportunity to ask all your questions. Afterwards, you can browse the catalog, and if you wish , you can place a gourmet order, or, with no obligation to buy , schedule an appointment to organize your own workshop and receive host/hostess benefits!
