Black Coco combines the natural sweetness of coconut with the power of dark chocolate, in a gluten-free base of rice flour and almond powder.

The result: cookies, cakes or muffins that are soft in the center, crispy on the edges , with that delicious contrast between melted chocolate and lightly toasted coconut flakes .

A ready-to-use recipe, simple to make and above all… impossible to share once you've tasted it 😇

All you need to do is add:
- For cookies : 1 egg + 60g of butter + 1 pinch of salt;
- For a cake : 2 eggs + 60 g of butter + 30 g of milk + 3 g of baking powder + 1 pinch of salt;
- For muffins : 1 egg + 25g butter + 70g milk + 3g of baking powder + 1 pinch of salt.
