But what is a coocake? It's a cake baked like a cookie! It will be soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside! 🤪
Ingredients (for 6 to 8 servings) 🥣
- 1 jar of coocake mix (of your choice of range and flavor) 🍰,
- 1 egg 🥚,
- 60 g melted butter 🧈,
- 1 pinch of salt 🧂.
📌 Pan advice (for the perfect coocake texture!)
To ensure the soft/crunchy contrast, we recommend using a loaf pan approximately 18 cm long and 8 cm wide.
We got a great result with the Tupperware MultiFlex MiniKing pan (18 x 8 x 7 (h) cm)! 🤩
If you use a larger pan (e.g., a family-sized 25 - 30 cm pan), your coocake will be flatter and the texture may be drier. We recommend reducing the baking time.
Steps 🧑🏻🍳
1. Pour the contents of your jar 🥣 into a mixing bowl, add the pinch of salt, and quickly mix with a fork to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.
2. Make a large well in the center of the dry ingredients.
3. Melt the butter 🧈, add it to your mixing bowl, along with the egg 🥚.
4. Mix with a whisk until a smooth and homogeneous batter is obtained.
5. Pour into an oven-safe loaf pan.
Baking 🔥
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 170 °C with fan assist.
