Half-cooked crepes


Ingredients (for X pieces) 🥣
- 1 jar of pancake mix (from the range and flavor of your choice) 🥞,
- 2 eggs 🥚 ,
- 20g of melted butter 🧈 ,
- 200g of milk 🥛,
- 1 pinch of salt 🧂.

Steps 🧑🏻🍳
1. Pour the contents of your jar 🥣 In a mixing bowl, add the pinch of salt, and quickly mix with a fork - crush the pieces of chocolate, banana, raspberry, ... - to distribute the dry ingredients well.
2. Dig a wide well in the center of the dry ingredients.
3. Crack the 2 eggs 🥚 directly into the center of the well and mix gently with a mixer
, gradually incorporating the dry ingredients from the edges towards the center of the mixing bowl - you will get a very thick and sticky dough: this is normal, this is the "dough" stage .
4. Pour in approximately 70g of milk 🥛 and mix vigorously until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste. Gradually add the rest of the milk, continuing to mix until you obtain the desired liquid consistency.
5. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Stir it into the dough and mix one last time.
6. Cover the mixing bowl ( with a clean cloth or cling film ) and let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge (or ideally 1 hour - resting allows the starch in the flour to hydrate properly and the crepes to be more supple and less brittle) .

Heat the pan thoroughly beforehand, lightly butter it, and let the crepe party begin!
