But what exactly is a cookie cake? It's a cookie-style cake! It's soft on the inside and crispy on the outside! 🤪

Ingredients (for 6 to 8 servings) 🥣
- 1 pot of cookie cake mix (from the range and flavor of your choice) 🍰,
- 1 egg 🥚 ,
- 60g of melted butter 🧈 ,
- 1 pinch of salt 🧂.

To ensure the soft/crispy contrast, we recommend using a cake tin approximately 18 cm long and 8 cm wide .
We got a great result in the Tupperware MultiFlex MiniKing mold ( 18 x 8 x 7 (h) cm )! 🤩
If you use a larger pan (e.g., a 25-30 cm family-size pan), your cake will be flatter and the texture may be drier. We recommend reducing the baking time.

Steps 🧑🏻🍳
1. Pour the contents of your jar 🥣 In a mixing bowl, add the pinch of salt, and quickly mix with a fork to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
2. Dig a wide well in the center of the dry ingredients.

3. Melt the butter 🧈, add it to your mixing bowl, along with the egg 🥚.
4. Mix using a mixer until a smooth and homogeneous batter is obtained.
5. Pour into an ovenproof cake tin.

Cooking 🔥
Place in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 170°C using fan-assisted cooking.
