Ingredients (for 6 to 8 servings) 🥣
- 1 pot of cake mix (from the range and flavor of your choice) 🍰,
- 2 eggs 🥚 ,
- 60g of melted butter 🧈 ,
- 30g of milk 🥛,
- 3 g of baking powder,
- 1 pinch of salt 🧂.
📌 Mold tip
To obtain a tall and fluffy cake, we recommend using a cake tin approximately 18 cm long and 8 cm wide .
We achieved a perfect result in the Tupperware MultiFlex MiniKing mold ( 18 x 8 x 7 (h) cm )! 🤩
If you use a larger pan (e.g., a 25-30 cm family-size pan), your cake will be flatter. We recommend reducing the baking time by 5 to 10 minutes.
Steps 🧑🏻🍳
1. Pour the contents of your jar 🥣 In a mixing bowl, add the baking powder and a pinch of salt, and quickly mix with a fork to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
2. Dig a wide well in the center of the dry ingredients.
3. Melt the butter 🧈, add it to your mixing bowl, along with the eggs 🥚 and milk 🥛.
4. Mix using a mixer until a smooth and homogeneous batter is obtained.
5. Pour into an ovenproof cake tin.
Cooking 🔥
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 170°C fan-assisted - for best results, make a slit in the cake after 10 minutes of baking .
